Academic Scholarships - Returning Students

H.U. Honor 3.0 GPA at Huntington University $2,500 If a student did not receive an H.U. Honor Award as a new student, they can earn the initial tier post-enrollment

Performance Awards

Art Awards 3.0 GPA/Department Recommendation $500-$2,000 Must complete application; portfolio (preferably slides).
Communication Awards
Broadcasting, Communication Studies, Digital Media Arts, Film Studies, Journalism
2.3 GPA/Department Recommendation $500- $2,500 Must complete application. Awards made on leadership ability as well as work experience in communication. Auditions/digital portfolios encouraged.
Music Awards 2.3 GPA/Department Recommendation $500- $4,000 Must complete application. Auditions are arranged through the Music Department.
Theatre Awards 2.3 GPA/Department Recommendation $500- $2,000 Must submit a résumé of theatre experience and letter of recommendation from theatre director. Auditions encouraged.
Athletic Awards 2.3 GPA/Athletic Ability Varies Scholarships are available in all sports. Awards made on coaches’ recommendations.
